Do u care the equipment ur player and/or teams wear. I do like when I sign a free agent and he looks dumb i customizw his equipment. I personally don't like them dumb revolution helmets so I rarely take them off some of my teammates. Them helmets are so damn ugly. But I don't change every player's equipment just some.

At the start of every season we have team haircuts, I can't stand dreadlocks, afros or other stupid haricuts, so everyone gets a buzzcut, flattop or fade, no exceptions.
