Controller Vibration

I forget the menu names, but when I go to the scouting report (Weekly Game Plan) and the 3 plays they give you to practice to defeat the opposing team's most used plays or strengths; my controller vibration is on. All other times it is off. I've got it off in my profile, and everywhere else I find it in "custom game". When I got to regular practice withing my franchise I get no vibration.

Anyone know what is up with this, can I turn vibration off for those 3 practice plays they give before each game?
