I was playing Jason Campbell for 3 seasons for the Redskins and he actually went down in progression! Last year progression was too much, this year it feels like too little. Maybe Campbell just isn't the guy. I heard that Drew Henson progresses like crazy, like he did in 05..is that true? Guys, what the hell is the key to progression?

Well just play the person well. It works for me. Make him look like a damn stud.
I have no real clue though. :D

BigBen,
What stats did you get out of Campbell in those three seasons? How much was he throwing and how did he perform when he did? Did he play any playoff games?
In my experience, you can still progress players - just not as quickly as before. I can certainly progress defensive lineman and DBs no problem.
However, I cannot progress QBs with poor awareness this year (like Campbell) as my coverage reads aren't quick enough to compensate...I just have time to make my first read and then I'm thowing it away. Hence poor ratings and (I suspect) no progression. Maybe it is all down to Campbell but I suspect it's more my fault than his!
Finally, are you still using Washington's original offensive co-ordinator or have you changed the coaching staff. It is my experience that Don Breaux does not help me progress players and I often change the coaching staff early on. Try hiring Mike Martz and see if you still can't develop Campbell.

yea i got the colts offensive coordinator and used my 1st and 3rd round picks on new QBs. Right now I have the two rookies, jason campbell and drew henson (who i heard can be a stuf if he plays)/
