Hey!
I started recuiting during the offseason with Navy; however, i don't have any points to choose "call home", and "send Coach" etc.. Yet my USC team has poinst for that. Is this a glitch?

What did u set your budget for recruiting at? That would be the only thing I can think of.

i think 40 training, 30 recuit, and 30 disipline....some thing like that
