Media Goals

so I started out as a RB at 84 OVR and one of my goals is to get to 90 OVR. my questions are: 1) is this even possible in one season, and 2) does it matter if you complete the media goals or is it just something to strive for?

The general consensus is the SuperStar mode sucks. So if you're one those who actually enjoy it, like me, you're pretty much out of luck.

whaaaaat??? how could this mode suck? you dont have to worry about cap, you dont have to worry about your players getting hurt or retiring....all you have to do is worry about your own performance while making it to the playoffs and hopefully winning the super bowl. wow. its refreshing to have a new game mode to me. we still have franchise and everything else that was in the old madden but now we have this. people are retarded.

2) they increase popularity and exposure and such.
