View Full Version : SbrrTooth's Bears Franchise

I was inspired by Sandman's Packer franchise initially and also saw a slew of others beginning to post their chise's. I play 10 minute quarter with accelerared clock on All-Pro with the following sliders adjusted: CPU Defense - INT and Deflections down 3/4 and AWR up 1/8. SIM Injuries down 4/5. Without further ado here is my Bears franchise thus far.

A quick note, it may seem that I mopped the floor with the NFL on All-Pro, but let me assure you that is not the case. Almost every game I played was close until at least the second half if not the fourth quarter. Just as in reality, it is the Bears amazing defense winning these games for me and allowing the offense to continously progress.

Well, he actually did go out for a couple games first season with an ACL sprain, but he been fine otherwise and he's taken some big hits since the O-Line still likes to crumble and miss assignments.

Well, sorta. I had a lot of this down before I posted it and just staggered the info. I'll usually play something like 2 games every 3 days, sometimes more and sometimes less.

Most definately, off the top of my head the Patriot were 12-4, Chargers were 13-3, and the Eagles were 14-2. I definately have some competition, but as we all know, defense wins championships.

It's not that he's not still an awesome player, 99 over in fact, it's just that he no longer has to be the entire defense. Briggs and Hillenmeyer especially have really stepped up for me. #92 was everywhere this season compiling 15 sacks in all, that's the third most on my team!

You should really turn up the difficulty because you're record is 37-1.

All right, I've adjusted the difficulty for this season as follows. I found out that all the sliders have a maximum of 20 clicks, so all of mine are set at the normal 10 except knockdowns and INTs which are set at 5 and the CPU is set to 15 clicks for the entire offense and then 10 AWR, 5 for Knockdowns and INTs and then 15 for the last two. Special teams has remained default. Here's to a new challenge this season.
