I know that most folks advocate shooting to net 3-5 players in the in-season recruiting period. In my second year with a created school (academic) I forgot to select my players before week 1. The CPU selected 12 players and I focused on maybe 9 of them. Throughout the season I was winning and ended up the regular season (in the Sun Belt) at 11-1 (with 3 wins over 1-AA schools).

Anyhow, I ended up getting 8 players to commit. 3 "four star" guys and 5 "three star" players. Hopefully, these players and a half decent off season recruiting class will give me some needed talent.

Just wondering what the largest in season classes you guys have seen?

Simmed season as Texas A&M. First season 12 recruits that I selected. Landed 5 5-star and 2 4-star (7 total). Then landed 4 5-star, 10 4-star and 2 3-star (18 total). Final recruiting class for season 1:

9 5-star
14 4-star
2 3-star
(25 total)

Final season record after first season 9-2 and won Cotton Bowl against Georgia.

In my current Tennessee Dynasty I just signed an in-season class of 10. Two 5 star recruits and eight 4 star. It's by far the best in-season class Ive had. It's gonna be nice to go into post-season recruiting with no needs and only about 6 roster spots to have to fill.
