why dont my guy wear sleeves?

when i made him i told it to where sleeves in cold weather and he doesnt ever have them on, any ideas why?

I think if they have too much other stuff on their arms (big elbow pads, etc.) the game won't put on the sleeves.

Pay attention to the temperature at the opening segment of a cold weather game. I've consistently noticed that unless the weather is at 32 degrees and below (freezing), the players will not wear the sleeves. If it's in the 40's or 50's for example, they will dress as usual. Once it gets to freezing temps, the sleeves come out.
