My SS was drafted by the Bears. He played with them his whole rookie year. After they won the Super Bowl he demanded a trade and got stuck in Tampa for the off-season and all of the pre-season. As soon as he could demand another trade he did and finally ended up in Green Bay where he's been for the past 3 seasons.

first of all, i rented madden for a while and signed up here, then i bought it about 2 weeks ago. i am currently working on two SS because sometimes i dont want to focus on offense so i'm doing a tailback and MLB at the same time. both of my players contracts are up at the end of the second year, which is in about 2 playoff games for both. my tailback is on the raiders, killing everyone with subbing in lamont jordan when he gets tired. in one season i went from 82 up to a 93. my MLB was drafted to the seahawks where he is progressing well. i'll update with moves if they happen.

Something on my memery card got screwed up and I lost my guy. I had two or so months on him countless hours in him and he's gone all gone. So I created a new me and he's a QB instead of a RB. I don't like him. I think I'm going to borrow NCAA Football 06 from my brother and start from scatch.

on the D's side its alot harder to get your stats up because you have to fight hard to get those tackles, INTs, sacks with one person. its cool to get sacks with whoever you can but that doesnt help to get your SS's overall up so you have to get good on the other side of the ball. its interesting how good your run stopping game can get when you sit in the middle with a linebacker and learn to slide through the line to hit the back in the backfield. great feeling. its helped my defense when i'm playing any mode. something else that has helped me in superstar mode is playing mini camp chase and tackle on all madden because you have to learn to get around the fullback. just like in the real game, sometimes you dont have to fight through the blocks if you set your plays up right. but anyways, the defensive side is really fun even if just to switch it up from running all over kids. instead of running through people with the ball you can plow down ball carriors.

a little confirmation that playing a MLB on ssmode helps your run stopping...i started a franchise on all-madden and through 2 games i have allowed 58 yards rushing

My current SS is a HB for the Denver Broncos..I have had all offensive SS's and 1 QB that played for the Buffalo Bills...took over for JP right off the bat and was doing great..

The rest of my SS's are HB's and the best one that I had, was drafted by the Lions..went through 1 season there and demanded a trade..went to the Bills, where I took over for McGahee (swapped the Depth Chart) and then after the contract went up explored free agency..and got picked up by my Bucs.

Went with that one awhile made 4-5 pro bowls, and won a MVP title..then retired to be a guide in the outback.

i also had a RB as a QB and i kind of liked and disliked it. he was probably the best option for 3rd downs over anyone else, just have a 4 WR set and tuck it in. he fumbled a bit but the closer you are to the sideline the less likely youll lose it, but it just sucked so much that his thp and tha were soooooooo way down. at the time i had no regard for qb's and was only good at running the ball so i never pumped his power and acc up but i'm thinking about doing it again. he did well til he was like 33 and he slid fast. i simmed til he was 40 which i thought was funny and he sucked a lot. they forced him to retire at 40, but look at doug flutie!

I'm playing 2 of them. One as a RB and the Other as a QB. The RB got drafted by the Bills. I'm going to ask for a trade when the first season is over.
