Discipline Issues

To challenge myself I added a 1 AA schools (TX St) to C-USA. Throughout my first season I had 4-5 issues where I was supposed to discipline a player. Since my team sucks I generally punish the player but much less severe than the suggested amount. In my second season my NCAA interest bar is way up and I don't want to get sanctioned. What can I do to fix/prevent this from occuring?

Actually I think its a good question. I had the same problem.

I up'ed my discipline budget and started giving guys the maximum...especially on major infractions.

Also recruit guys with better discipline, however I noticed after having my displine budget down (75 pts I think) and having no problems for a year and half, I up'd my budget (just tinkering really) and now I'm starting to have discipline problems again (of course I hammered those guys who misbehaved so we will see...)
