Im in my Pittsburgh Dynasty, humming along. I come into the South Florida game at 6-0 and the lowly Bulls are a mere 1-4. Not to mention they have several offensive players injured, including their starting quarterback. They have no impact players available on the offensive side of the ball. Im thinking it should be a cakewalk. But low and behold their backup is a crapdumpster named Courtney Denson who is an 87 in speed which in Heisman translates to Michael Vick only faster. He cant throw that well, but of course he slices up defense real nice. Between him and their starting tailback they had right at 200 yards rushing. After falling behind 27-14 follwing a volleyball-style pick 6, i put together a nice drive right before the half to cut it to 6, but of course they took the ensuing kickoff 98 yards to the house and Im down 34-21. I get the lead down to 34-28 when Palko gets injured. My backup's number was 28, so I knew that wasnt a good sign. After it was all said and done, I had a missed field goal, surrendered 3 non-offensive touchdowns, 3 picks, and a disgusting 48-31 loss. I outgained them 521-350. I wouldnt be so infuriated right now if this wasnt to a team full of scrubs at a mediocre program.

Sounds like the same thing that happened to me in my Arizona dynasty. I put Rice on my schedule in the 2nd year just to have an easy (or so I thought) win, and they proceeded to put 500+ rushing yards on me and beat me 42-10.

Sorry Washington did that to me in year 2 of my Cal dynasty. They hung 50 points on me and 500 yards .
My only loss en-route to a National Title, but it sucked bad nonetheless.

What are your quarter lengths in these dynasties?

I play on 8 minute quarters against Heisman.

The USF loss doesn't sting so badly now because I was able to go on the road and come back from down 21 and beat Louisville 53-52 on a gutsy 2 point conversion (no way I was going into OT). That win puts me in control of the Big East, but the loss to the Bulls still sux because it cost me any shot at a national title. At 8-1, Im only #18 and only have 2 games to play.
