I am playing madden 2006 on PC and cannot determine how to turn off the cap penalties. I know in Madden 2005 on the xbox there was a way to turn off cap penalties at the start of the season. Thanks.

Not so sure you can this year.

go to team info, go to team salary and click on turn off penalties right below (if you have some)
