game not recognized

I just got finished playing this guy online and when I went to play another game. It said "game not recognized'. I took the game out the console and there is a circle ecthed in on the disc. I cant believe this. I never take the game out. How can I complain to micro? I dont want to put another game in the console and take a chance on that game getting meesed up. I'm not going to buy another madden, heck this one cost me 63 dollars including tax. Does anyone know how to contact micro and find out whats going on. I went to the website that the console told me to go to but that was no help?

I was told by a 360 programmer that these problems come from the Box
running while sitting upright. It doesn't allow the game or system to cool
via the internal fan. If this isn't the reason, then I don't know.

I had the console sitting down. I just got off the phone with their support system and know I have to send it in for repairs. This is garbage, all this money and I got problems like this. Bill Gates should be proud of himself. Once I get it back and its fixed I'm giving it to my sons and waiting for the PS3.
