will there be a guide for madden 06 on xbox 360

There will be. We are working on it right now. It will be after Christmas, but hopefully before the 1st of the year.

So I'm confused. I just bought the '06 guide this morning in preperation for Madden on the 360 (Santa is bringing it on Sunday). I thought the game is the same from platform to platform?

What are the differences? Did I waste $20 on the wrong version of the guide?

Yup. The 360 version plays much differently than the current gen versions. Particularly in the control department, and what you're able to do before the snap of the ball.

Basically, you're much more limited in your adjustments and what you can do on the 360.
