Recruiting?

I've noticed at the end of the recruiting season that there are these recruits left over with "ONQ" or maybe it's "DNQ", I've created prospects before and they end up being "DNQ". But anyways does anybody know what this means?

It means they Did Not Qualify. I think EA put it in the game to account for guys who just never make up their mind where to go.

What is interesting is there are still guys who don't sign and aren't listed as DNQ. That really makes no sense to me. It is usually guys where my team has a huge interest lead throughout the recruiting process.
