I know both of my ideas don't really fit into Dynasty mode entirely, but I didn't want to make two threads.
1. My first thought is that there are WAY too many impact players in the game. If they want them to be special, and at times flat-out dominant, like they are, it should be a big deal for a team to have even 1 impact player. Only the best, like the top 5 or so teams, should have more than 2. Small schools should rarely, if ever, have impact players.
2. I have an idea for the coaching part of dynasty. Instead of school budgets, like there are now, there should be coaching work-time allowances. For example, say every coach has 55 hours a week that he can work. Break that down to months so it wouldn't take so long, and say they all have 220 hours per month. At the beginning of each month in the offseason, you could decide how much of your time you will devote to each task. Like, say you wanted to devote 25 hours to recruiting, 40 to training current players, 20 to staff meetings, 60 to film study, 15 to researching new offensive schemes, or whatever amount you wanted. Other tasks could include promoting your program, meeting with boosters, talking to NFL personnel guys about your current players, which could lead to a coaching attribute called "Professional credibility" or something, which would help you recruit players who really want to go to the NFL. I think this would add realism to the game and to dynasty mode specifically. What do you think? What are some other coaching tasks they could put in?
