Steelersrock' Houston Texans 'Chise

Ok I've decided to do a Texans 'Chise since they've been my 2nd favorite team since they came into the league. I'm trying to make them into an Offensive Powerhouse and have a Solid D that causes Turnovers.

I'm going to sim the first season or maybe even the first 3-5 seasons I just want a team that I like and a Team that I feel I made.

My first order of business in yr. 1 was to find 1 or 2 decent O-lineman to protect Carr from getting injured.

I traded A. Johnson to the 49ers for RG R David Baas and Shawntae Spencer plus a 4th round pick in the draft.

I then signed Mike Compton to a 1 yr deal and Peerless Price to a 1 yr deal.

I cut my DE I forget what his name was but he was an 88 ovr. I needed space for the 84 ovr rookie.

I'm hoping Peerless Price can fit in with this offence and be a weapon. If he does good I'll resign him in the Offseason.

I'm simming all the games until I feel comfortable with the team and enjoy playing with them then I'll play every game.

So far I'm 5-5 in the 2005 season and Peerless Price is on pace for 1,100 yards and Domanick Davis has 1,200 yards plus 8 receiving TD's and David Carr has a 3-1 ratio of TD's vs INT's.

I finished 7-9 and overall I'm very happy with how some people played and dissapointed with others.

I just have a few suggestions though. Next time elaborate more on your stuff. I dont know what your exactly what your target is. But you have great ideas. , give story lines behind the scenes stuff. Be humerous and stuff. It lacked that alot.

I Fired all the coaches and hired OC Ken Whisenhunt as HC and Mark Trestman at OC

D. Davis was a Restricted FA and I didn't realize that so I lost him. I re-signed a lot of unproven players to 1 yr. deals and cut Gaffney and Bradford(Both WR's)

The Draft:

See i have reggie in my franchise to, hes done great things even though were one and one, i have faith hell develop into a great player. Every time he jukes or spins hes gone.

Donovan Mcnabb is a free agent in myseason with the texans. David Carr just got injured due to a broken arm. Do you think i could trade Phillip Rivers who i refuse to start and trade him and my second string halfback for mcnabb, i tried it and they said they would accept but i didnt save it

except i created reggie and gave him a 94 overall rating and i gave hm the number 35. I'd probrobly give Mcnabb his five, its the respectful thing to do.


And i dont think Mcnabb would like to come to our team having to fight to wear a number

LoL you gave a Rookie a 94. Well I guess that makes sense kinda since he's that good, just like in NHL 2K6 I gave Sidney Crosby a 99 Ovr(It's what he is in Real life)
