Things I've noticed so far

- There is sometimes a strange AI with my defensive backfield. The CB is stuck to the WR pretty well, but the moment the pass goes in the air, the CB becomes confused and wanders away from the play.

- There is some odd AI on fumbles. Today, Tiki fumbled (either Tiki or Eli fumble for me virtually every game, if not both :mad: ) and just continued running up the field as if nothing happened...

- I fumble a lot. A LOT.

- The CPU cheats like crazy when somebody quits on me. I have had 4 guys quit on me when I have been ahead BIG. 3 of the 4 times the CPU has staged incredible comebacks.

- I really like the cone and the L trigger to switch it, instead of the R2 on PS2. I like that you don't have to use the cone every play, too. Its cool that you can use it to lock on or look off when you want.

- Connection speed seems to be KEY. I've had some games against guys with good connection that are great speed, and some that have been glacially slow.

I've noticed that my rookies do this quite often (I play with the Broncos), but Champ is fairly solid. Could it be an awareness rating issue? I think that EA didn't want to spend too much time really downgrading players in a practical sense, so they just added more glitches to reflect how some players are just worse than others. The good thing is that it really forces you to develop your stick.

Its cool that you can use it to lock on or look off when you want. Have you noticed that your accuracy is actually worse when you use the cone? Precision passing is far from precise.

- Connection speed seems to be KEY. I've had some games against guys with good connection that are great speed, and some that have been glacially slow. I've played a couple of games with great connection speeds to start that lag as bad as they can by that final crucial field goal.

hit the y button as you are about to get hit that might help a little bit
