Can you use the stretch running plays against?

When I used the Titans PB I would run the stretch play against any D but the dime D's and the Quarter D's....Against those D's I run dives....

Nickel 335. and manually bring your safety down when you see its a run.

It works very well against any speed type of run killers, like the 335, Q, Q3D,
etc. It also works great against blitzes, especially inside ones. Very under-used
IMO.
