Where does EA get thier info for players?

I didnt know what forum to put this one in. I was just curious. Im a saints fan, unfortunately(but hopefully Young will go pro and we'll get him!). Their TE Zach Hilton is 6'8. But on the game they list him as 6'4. Thanks to the updated rosters they finally have Will Smith's speed at 80..He was in the 70's and the guy runs a 4.5
