Hey there folks.
I have a SS that I am just starting (well started a while back but I've been busy so just came back to). I created an OLB who was drafted to the New York Jets. I have never really played with the Jets and was wondering if anyone else there had.
The reason is I would love some advice on getting the best out of this team. What are their strengths and weaknesses on defence and offense? I'd like to try and get my OLB going well in the Jets before I try to get a trade up.
If anyone could help that'd be great.
Also how do I get an agent with performance institute? I am looking at the list right now and there's hardly anyone and none interested in my player, how long do you have to devlop a player for before you get interest from those agents?(My OLB is pretty good about a 75-6 or something which is good for a rookie in my opinion)
