Help!! with SS mode and create mode!! help me out please

how do you get into superstar mode and how do you create a someone?

You should be able to access the superstar mode from going to game modes and it will have NFL Superstar as an option. Choose this and then select new. From there follow the onscreen instructions and you should be good to go. Good luck, I hope you have fun with it.
