My player has been a disruption for 4 years. I don't know how to get rid of that label. He has already been in four movies and won 3 superbowls. But i think my personality has kept my player from getting the madden cover. How do I change his personality?

Your interview questions have an affect on your personality. Try using modest answers. Save your game before your interviews. Also if you visit your agent throughout the season and complain about your coaches or guarantee a win or the playoffs-- that will make you a disruption.
