I've been getting the quarter fire blitz thrown at me and i'm going to lab today, so if there is any really good plays to use against it I'd appreciate your help. I use the Giants playbook and I'm hoping there is a big play to combat this blitz. Thanks

First, try and find out where the blitz is coming from then protect that area and send routes to the empty sopt in the defense. Easier said than done.

slants, fade routes, flats, Different blitzes will leave these areas open.

Go with 2 backs... make sure one of them is behind the QB in the formtion (I-Form, Far, Near are great). Hot Route the back behind the QB to block. Send the TE or slot WR on a streak or slant route... Hit him as soon as he gets behind the blitzing safety. 7-10 yards... EVERYTIME.
OR...
Send the outside WR on a streak to occupy the CB. Then send a back to the flats on the same side as the streaking WR. Take a 3 step drop (count out loud if you must), then hit the back in the flats. The WR on the streak will be in position to block the CB and you may be able to take it to the house.
OR...
Run a Counter to the side opposite the blitzing safety... If you wait a moment before you snap the ball, the safety will move up to the LOS declaring his intentions... Motion an extra blocker (TE, FB, or WR) to the counter's playside. The FB should clean the clock of any defenders blitzing the edge, string the run out until the FB makes contact, then try to cut inside his block and head upfield. If you string the run out too far, it may be a loss.
Hope these help...

Spread shotguns beat the inside blitz every time.
Bunches beat outside blitzes.
Its not just the formations tho.

Use three steps dropback technique, (along slants and drags),
you will beat biltz guaranteed.
