some seasons i am able to play 13 games? what determines this. is there a way to be able to play the extra game every season?

The only way I've been able to play 13 games+ is schedule 12 during the season and play in the conference champ and bowl game. That gives you 14 max possible games in a season.

no, sometimes in the preseason it says schedule up to 5 non conference games while it usually says schedule up to 4 non conference games
