How do I reset my online record?

I'm very disappointed with the online interface for madden 360. The last time I played madden online was 2k4 on ps2. The interface for that game was amazing; it was simplistic and very clean. In the 360 interface I'm often left with questions like, can I have multiple handles online? Can I reset my original record?

Could someone please help me with these questions? It took me a good 10 games to get used to 2k6 and just about all 10 resulted in losses.

I'm not sure what effect it'll have on your record, but you can change your gamertag:

A: Yes you can. In your gamer profile, select Edit Gamer Profile, Gamertag. To voluntarily change your gamertag, you must redeem some of your Microsoft Points (http://www.xbox.com/en-US/support/howto/account/xbox360/account-faq.htm#Points).


I don't really see the big deal of being 0-10 though. You can still get good games if you try to match up in the lobby.
