How to trade?

I been with the ravens for 3 years and im a pro now. i want to get traded to the raiders or start a NEW SS and get signed with the raiders how can i do this?

the only way is to sit there for hours trying to get drafted by them which takes precise figures from which school he went to to what his name is. so DONT PLAY SUPERSTAR. start a franchise with the raiders and then, if you dont like the player, create a new one with crappy stats that you can build up. take the exact stats from SS and create a new player. that option in franchise is not available til year 2. STOP PLAYING SS!!!!!

once in the regular season go to agents office and keep demanding a trade till you go to the raiders,... or what till your contract runs up then see if the raiders will sign you!!!!
