Team unhappy about release of icon....

I traded L'Roi Glover for Sam Adams, due to the fact that I needed good nose tackle or should I state proven nose tackle for my 3-4. Now the vets and some other players are hosed over this loss. Learned about this through email from Bradie James who was upset with this move. Man give a guy a nice contract and he thinks he knows how to run the team. Anyways, I would gather that good play and a winning record should take care of this.....anyone?

But I don't understand why you traded an Cowboy icon for Sam Adams... Not much of an upgrade IMO, in addition you upset your players...
