Glitches and Other Stuff

How freaking hard would it be to stop the freaking glitches ???? THAT would be nice to see in 07 .... but then I was hoping for that in 06 ... so I guess EA Sports just don't give a damn.

ALSO - Ruching Attck online - I am getting sick of quitters.... They should get a loss and you should get a win. It's Fking ridiculous.... I must get one str8 game out of 6 attempts.

What glitches? Every year we see "glitches" refferred to as if they were mythical beasts. Listing the glitches you have found, is the only way to help EA remove them. Mentioning "glitches" as a blanket for everything that gives you trouble isn't helping anyone (especially you).

What glitches would you like to see removed... List 'em

if you play someone who uses glitches or it happenes to you (yes every 30 or so games i play there is a play where all the sudden a lb doesnt move after the snap...) doesnt mean you know how it happened
and i suppose noone here gives instructions so all he might do is asking to stop 'the glitches'

I agree with you and I also wish EA would give u an automatic win when someone quits on u during a game instead of having to play the cpu. Adding challenges would give us the option to dispute questionable calls. The NFL 2k series has it and it's one of the reason I really liked playing it online.

I'm sure by now EA is well aware of the "glitches" or bugs in the game's a.i. that allow for odd occurences. Why haven't they fixed them is beyond me.

Glitches like the so called "disconnect glitch" in which ur opponent does some weird thing and u get a loss and a disc %. Happened to me on every madden that's been online when I was winning a game.

I know what you mean.. somehow when I'm playing all of a sudden, the screen says my controller is disconnected...but it is not! A play or two later it says it again and I get kicked out.. that is B.S.

I do want challenges online too.. there are so many obvious catches that are out of bounds that are called catches..and fumbles that occur when I know I am down.

Also, I want them to reduce the number of fumbles that QBs have once they scramble and get hit or dive.. it is ridicoulus how many times the QBs fumble once they are hit..

and to get rid of the false starts when you run the hurry up offense.

the disconnect glitch needs fixed. i was playing a guy this morning , and winning 14-7 . 8 seconds left in the first half , 4th down & long on his own 20 yd line he fake punts , but i was looking for it and stopped him. i would have gotten the ball with 2 seconds left inside his 20 ( enough time for an easy fieldgoal). you know the rest , 'LOST CONNECTION' flashes on the screen . next thing i know i got a loss even though i was winning.

The Disconnect glitch is fixed every year... Since '03 there is a disconnect glitch, but it's never the same one. When EA fixes one, another surfaces.

The problem is that there isn't any way to run a wholesale test to locate every vulnerability in the code until AFTER the release. EA can't possibly test everything... No one can.

Think of it this way... Microsoft patches every peice of software they have ever released REGULARLY. EA doesn't have near the resources of Microsoft.

EA removes the disco every year... Even though it may SEEM like the disco hasn't gone anywhere, it has. It just resurfaces in a different form. Each different form is a NEW glitch, independent of all others that came before it.

Kinda like you aren't your own grandfather... The Disco of '03 isn't the same as the Disco of '06. The '06 glitch wouldn't work on '03. The '03 glitch won't work on '06. If they were the same, we'd have every right to bash EA. But they aren't.

Face it... EA isn't any better at seeing the future than any of us.

Dont worry there will always be a Dc glitch, nano, punt block, XP block. I was the the first person to find the Dc in madden 06 and i told my friends and that leaked out. but there will always be glitches in madden.

That's all I am talking about .... AI glitching is NOT what I am on about.

I am talking DC glitching.

Right now on Xbob online - every 3rd game I play I get the "connection to your opponent has been lost" ..... it's freakign Bull****.

I don't like the bs that happens online anymore then the rest of you guys and I do wish that EA would improve online play.What I think is bs,is the fact that guys can run same plays over and over and the d just continues to let it happen no matter what you do to try and cover it.The d players should start to cover the tendencies of these plays to help start taking them away and make them change thier scheme.That I think would make Madden a much better game to play if they would do this.The lame duck pass bs is 1 I wish they would fix though.I've run instant replays of this dozens of times and it is a glitch when the ball is already out of the qb's hand and it still throws a LAME DUCK PASS just because a defender was close to him and was trying to sack the qb.I've thrown more INT's becuase of this 1 and still hoping EA fixes this 1.:p
