This was a defensive strugle!!

I scored a fg first.

Then I gave up a stupid td... Got caught shifting...

Then he got a fg... so in the 3rd... I went DEEEEEEP on him. Hit muhamed for the score. All tied up. Stayed that way till 36 sec in OT... I go 3 and out :(.

He drops back to pass.. I bring the blitz and manually cover Witten (his security blanket all game)... and he throws the pick on the other side to Harris... I take it to the HOUSE!! I love this game!!!:D

That's funny, I just lost a game exactly like that... down to the time i think too.

I had the same thing. Here is what happened. I was the Panthers and he was the Lions. The game went back and forth with the Lions getting 2 picks on the Panthers to go up 10-3. With 42 seconds left in the 4th quarter Delhomne throws a bomb to Carter who scores a late TD to make it 10-10. We go into OT. The Panthers misses a late game winning FG. So the Lions get the ball go up to field goal range. Harrington goes for it and almost get sacked throwing the ball into mannings hands for a pick game over 16-10. Panthers win. The Madden gods were on my side. Poor guy was heartbroken because it was a league game. Now I'm 5-1 and he is 1-5.

So I was the heartbroken one. Can't seem to win lately.

Played this guy last week. He got up 21-7 at the half. I figured its time to lab. So I started labbing a few plays and found some success. At the start of the 4th qrt, it was 28-21. Got him with 53 seconds left 35 - 28. I know he hated losing as much as I enjoyed the comeback.:D

I played a guy last week who was using the Broncos. He converted on a 4th and 10, from my 12 yard line, for what appeared to be a game tying TD. For some reason, he must have thought he was John Gruden and decided to go for 2 instead of just tying the game up and trying to work on stoping me or playing for OT (there was only like 1:30 left in the game). Well, he had been run heavy all game so I knew what was coming. Sure enough, he tried running Anderson up the middle. Unfortunately for him I had called 4-3 Storm Blitz and put 8 in the box. He lost 3 yards. I recovered the onside. Got a couple of first downs and then kicked a FG as time expired just because he was stupid;)

My favorite game of the year was a 2-0 win. Dallas vs Pitt. I got a safty late in the game for the win. Was a great def battle.

I won the 23-17 ot game this time. I tied the game using a fake nickle over storm blitz to force the pic 6. In ot, 3rd and long, deep out to glenn at the sidelines, and then he was gone for the 85 yard game winning score.
