All players overall rating is 99

I found out that there is a glitch where all of your players overall ratings are 99. Anyone no how to do that?

`Nah, I never heard of that. So when all the players are over 99. Do they play like all of thier attribute are 99. Such as do the QB, run fast, RB break tackles, or something like that
