That's correct. Norm Van Brocklin. The Eagles' won a close contest against an up and coming Packer team coached by the late Vince Lombardi back in 1960. Green Bay was driving for the go ahead touchdown but ran out of time before losing to the Eagles 17-13. Lombardi told his disappointed team that they would never run out of time again in a big game and he was right. The Packers never lost another playoff game with Lombardi as their coach.
