Hawaii's sucks. No option or formations with a TE or a FB.
Go with either Florida, Oregon, or Eastern Michigan.

Northwestern's isn't that bad. I was playing around with that PB last night.

I'm really digging pass balanced right now.
Cincy was interesting. So was Temple.

I've been sticking with West Virginia's. It has a couple ace formations, couple I formations, shotgun- 2 back, 5 wide flex.

Unless you are playing NG, which has 2 extra ACE formations with TE's in it. Or you can do like I do and just package the TE's in the slot or Have 2 TE's like so....
FORMATION - Package
ACE Spread - Twin TE's (Lined up as Slot 1 and Slot 2 rcvr)
ShotGun Bunch - TE Slot or Jumbo (Both TE's lined up side by side on the right)
Shotty Tight - ACE Normal (A TE lined up outside of the LT and RT)
FB can be package in as well.
IF you really need to use TEs and a FB out of Hawaii's PB, EA did make it an option for you to do so using the Package system. But it's all good, the less who use it the better for me. :D
Here's my ten cents, two cents are free!

I use Florida's book but I also use Central Michigans book.
It has a lot of shotgun but has more Ace formation for a better run and pass option.
1. Florida
2. Central Michigan
3. GaTech - this is more of a pro offense though

I've experimented a little with Clemson's playbook. Although it's not a true spread style playbook, it does utilize a lot of the concepts. Plus, you get some very decent running formations. I think there are three WR slot option style plays in that playbook plus all the usual runs like the qb wrap, off tackle, read, and what not.
