hey fellas, i was hoping you guys can help with a few questions i have with my new Dynasty im starting up with Illinois.

1) what do you recommend for quarter lengths, to keep the stats as close to the real thing as possible? i was thinking of maybe 8 minute quarters

2) Difficulty settings. What would you recommend? Was thinking All American since that is whats used for online play.

3) Sliders. Can you suggest any that need to be tweaked, or you think they are good at current settings?

Think thats all i have for now, will post more questions if i can think of anything. Thanks

8 min quarters is a good time, but it all depends on how good you are. I use 6 min quarters.

I think AA is what everyone uses, so it is a good choice. But you need to tweak the sliders to fit your needs. Usually you are lowering some of the defaults. 50% is high on some of the settings. Go play a few games, play around with them, see what you like and dont like and then set them as your default for you dynasty(even the game).

I play on 8 minute quarters and I've been getting off about 60-65 plays per game and my opponent is usually around that number too, which is probably a little low. I think most reams run around 70-75 plays per game.

All American is the way to go. I haven't tried Heisman because AA has been a challenge so far.

On AA I had to bump up the CPU offensive sliders to help the QBs out. I think I am up to around 80 or so. Just play a few games and adjust sliders as you go to fit your strengths and weaknesses.

That said, I find any cover 2 or cover 3 defense to be almost money against passes. However, CPU offenses seem to tear up straight man to man on most plays.

Heisman is too easy. At times it can be a pain. i mean i put up 53 points on UGA with Vanderbilt

But at the same time its like they forgot how to tackle. Guys be breaking a ton of tackles on heisman. but its a challenge. at times its just too easy
