Which team and leagues

Let me give you a little backround. Been playing Madden since 05. I usually play pretty hard during football season and then put it down. I do not have the stick control that most of the players do and also dont have the time to develop it so i try to play with a team that has some good talent. 05 i played the Pats, last year the Chargers. This year im not sure what direction to go. Im a Jags fan, but i dont think i can overcome the lack of talent at both the QB and tailback. Im thinking Chargers because i love thier playbook, but im concearned about Rivers. Pats would be good again but i dont want to hear the crap about playing such a good team. Also thinking about the chiefs and the Broncos, as both have pretty well rounded teams.

Also would like to play in a league that has some more mature players. Last year i joined about 4 leagues and none of them went anywhere. ide prep for a game and the guys would not show up. Very frustrating as the preperation and planning for a game and seeing if it works is the most fun for me.

also join vg leagues they're always organized and fun im not sure if they have a 360 league yet but i wanna join it if they do have 1 but ask around im sure you will find answers good luck
