**A few rules and notes about the league.**
It's the inaugural season of Madden NFL 2007 for the 360. I just wanted to share a few rules and guidelines with everyone before we get started. First of all the commissioners are in their first year running a madden season online. Myself (xXGusChigginsXx) and colleague IINoR3morsEII are the co-comissioners, so please bare with us as we try our best to make this league as realistic and fun for everyone as possible. Also, when you sign up, please instead of your first name, put "Gamertag" and type your actual gamertag into the last name...it will make things a lot easier trust me. (to sign up click on the player registration link on the left tab on the homepage)
Secondly, and most importantly, this is a dedicated league that will not tolerate quitters and/or cheaters. Anyone who has missed or quit more than 1 game without a valid excuse will be booted...no questions asked. Also, anyone found to be a cheeser by the commissioners(one who abuses the rules and glitches in the game) will be booted. As far as the gameplay goes, the only thing I ask is that everyone play realistic football...no onside kicks when you lead by 34, no running the same play over and over etc.
Games will be played promptly at 10pm on Tue., Thur, and Sun. nights. If you have a problem with this find a new league. All teams noted as the home team on the schedule for that night will create a ranked session match on xboxlive and the visiting team will join...(you will need to know the gamertag of the person you play)...also games must be played at the home stadium of the host team. The winning team then must let the commissioner know the result along with the mvp of the game and his stats. The result must be turned in before the next game.
Finally, there will be playoffs after the season, which will be announced and they will be run just like the NFL playoffs, with the top 8 teams from each conference battling it out for the Superbowl.
