What is the default setting for Vision cone when playing online ranked games ? Is there any significant difference in precision, when the vision cone is ON.

It's off but I think you can turn it on with the right thumbstick I believe (not sure don't use the cone). I don't think there is much if any difference in the precision but then again I don't use the cone so maybe I'm wrong.
