Somebody Explain the Kicking To Me?

I maybe half retarted but please help....


I understand hit the right stick down then up ......but I dont know how to read the accuracy meter or the power.......I guess the power is the left but where is the accuracy safe zone???????????????????????????? Please explain this in laymen terms...cuz right now I cant kick fg's
