Which playbook has the most Shotgun formations?

Hey all...i'm w/o access to my Virtual playbook at the moment, so I'm hoping someone can answer this question for me quickly. I know RandS has a few...but which one has the most SG formations?

ps-bert, jon, kobra (or anyone that knows)...can the VP be d/led to more than one machine like last year?

The IND, NE, and MIA book all have 6 SG sets, and there are a few others that have 5.
