Anyone using this effectively? I have been using it since the end of last year and would like to know how some other people run it. I would really like to trade some schemes with someone.

I use it, allow great blitzing angles through overloads, and can shut down the out side run

The past two years I've usually been a 46 type of person but this year with the deep ball easier to complete I've had difficulty not giving up long throws. I was working on the 4-3 over/under this afternoon and I came up with this for the run.
Call under/over so that the weak-side LB is on the LOS (leaves him with no offensive player over him). This seems counter-intuitive but it seemed to work for me with the other adjustments I made. Stack the two LBers behind the two DTs and move the WLB out wider about 2-3 yards. Then take the strong side DE (who has the TE over him) and put him in contain which will loop him out to contain the counters. Control the weak side DE and rip him to the outside at the snap to contain the counter to that side.
Also like daone said it's easier to create overloads with the 4-3 over/under...there are some nice OLB blitzes with cover 1/2 behind them (some leave the FB uncovered).
