Need passing help....

Please start from square A...

I just cant seem to pass in this game.... this has never been this difficult... I find the open guy user catch and he drops it...

I find one on one cov deep... User catch, but the DB always seems to get better pos then me....


Is it me??? what am I doing wronge....

I can pass on people all day long. But I do it the old fashioned way. I pound the rock, pound the rock then play action on 2nd and 3 and go whoooop over the top baby.

You PA to your fast reciever.

other plays that are sure fire:

Fade routes inside the redzone.

Simple curl routes.

Comeback routes.

Out routes and option routes especially to the TE.

Wheel routes by the HB.

Post routes, corner routes and double moves rarely work because of safety play and the CB "magic treadmill" moves.

Don't forget to look off the safety if you use QB vision.

Also, you should be able to create mismatches and then hot route for a big play. For instance, if a OLB tries to man up a slot WR just hot route a streak and bomb it even if the OLB hands coverage off to the safety.

Post and Corner routes are deadly. Most of may completion are Post, Flags, and Corner routes.

What Qb are you using and who are you throwing to? What kind of routes are you running? Try the underneath stuff 1st then work your way to the posts and fade routes. Utilize the tight end and backs. Also look for mismatches like putting your running back into the slot against the 4-3 defense and punish that outside linebacker!
