Im pretty new to Madden 07 on the 360, and I cant figure out how to double team WR's. I have tried everything and have not been lucky. Is there a way to lock on a offensive player and assign a defender to double him?
Thanks,

The only way to do this is to pick it as a play. Unlike the current gen versions, you cannot audible into a double coverage.

mag1cstik06,
thank you! I was afraid you was going to say that  . That really sucks that you cant do that on the 360 version. Oh well

I think its incredulous that they've (EA) released a version that doesnt at least compare featurewise with the PS2.
Not only can you not double team on the fly through playmaker (and how long has THAT been in the PS2) you cant even adjust your safeties on the fly.
I'm so sick and tired of the cpu calling plays that create an unmarked slot receiever and the only thing I can do is audible into a base cover 2 defense or burn a time out.
Such a half arsed attempt at a game it really grinds my gears.

just pick a double wide or any of the other various double coverage plays, and keep one on one of your audibles.
Whats the problem with that?

It's so common in real life, adjusting coverages and assignments after the play is called, so seriously why take that away?
