virtual playbook issue

just purchased the playbook and downloaded the three parts, opened the first, which asked for username and password to register, entered my info, and all was well.

however, neither of the other ebooks will accept my username/password combo.

whats up?

There 3 separate used ids and passwords that come with the email. Make sure you use the correct one to open the right book. You can not use the same user id and password to open all three books.

Fill out the ticket and let the support team know you did not receive your user ids and passwords for the VG Virtual Playbook For Madden 07.

Make sure you include your first, last name, plus method of payment so they can take care of you.
