Defensive Players

Im new here and just getting back into the Madden 07 game after some time away. One question Id like to ask is how should a guy decide which player to use when on defence? For instance if I use KC what should be the determining factor on what guy to use? Thanks for any help guys, spikebuster

yo dude u r not that much different from me ,having been away from madden for a while,but anyway the determining factor for me is always speed i would look up and down that kc roster and find the fastest person. now for the position. i like to use safeties, either one is fine. although other positions are easier, i'm just more comfortable with safeties,so i advise you to try all positions, and pick the one u feel most comfotable with. and dont forget about the speed.

I agree look at the speed but also look at the players who have a low awareness. Take the weak link and use that player and make your defense stronger. But he is right, find the position you feel most comfortable with.
