Help!!

im not a newb i just been struglling lately.. i havent had to mcuh time to play the game as of late and im struggling to stop the run.. i sue the ravens playbook.. i stop the pass fine but the run i seem to be struggling against.. i use the ravens also.. any help to stop the run would help out of any formation

3/4 and 4/3 normal are the worst formations to stop the run. Try to use 4/3 under and 3/4 solid more than the others. Also if he is running alot use the commit to stop him. Watch out for the play action. You should be able to stop the run with the Ravens.
