Hi ...
I am posting this here because I tried the support link (twice) and have heard no response. I tried emailing support directly ... but I only received a delivery failure. I tried contacting the user via paypal ... no response.
So ... here it goes ... I purchased the Virtual Playbook for Madden07 (next gen xbox360 version) on Thursday Sept, 21 at 8am PST and to this point, I have not received any email response or the product that I ordered. It is now Friday Sept 22, at 9pm PST.
I am disappointed in the service ... I either would like to have the product sent or a refund of monies spent.
