Which teams uses the 3-4 in the NFL ?

Where can I find a list of all the 3-4 teams?

Because I play w/ 16 teams and I cant play w/ 3-4 w/ all of my teams, online wont allow it I think. You have to play w/ the defense they use in real life right?


I think I have a short list of 3-4 teams:
HOU
Pitt
Dallas?
Carolina?

If you change the defensive PB you have, any team can play 3-4. Just choose user settings before each game

Yeah, you can use any scheme you want online. Just change your defensive playbook.

Teams that run the 3-4: Browns, Cowboys, Pats, Jets, Steelers, and Chargers.

There are other teams that use it some of the time (Dolphins and Ravens come to mind) as well.

actually houston switched back to the 4-3 because they couldnt stop the run. if you dont have a stud nose and solid DEs you cant run a 3-4.

i prefer a 4-3 anyways (mainly because the system my high school uses is a 4-3)

if HOU is using it, they best put mario at LB instead of DE because pass rushing DE's get gobbled up in the run for 3-4

Patriots, Raiders, Forty-Niners also and I think I read the Browns just switched to a 3-4 this season.
