Does anyone know how to dive catch?

I've been trying for a while now to get my WRs to catch a pass while diving but I can never get it to work. Does anyone know how to do it? Is it even possible?

Last time I pulled a diving catch was in 05.
I don't think it's possible in 06 or 07.

i actually did a diving catch in a game online yesterday, i was running for an overthrown ball on a streak route and press triangle, and i might have pressed dive at the same time but randy when out and made the diving catch.

I did it with Burress this morning. =) It is all about luck.

yeh, CPU did it against me last night was more of a dive/trip but made a 1 handed grab, think it was Owens too

all that you have to do is press the dive button at the right time and the player will leap out and automatically try and catch it, it is all about luck and timing of pressing the dive button
