Where can you find it? I purchase the VG playbook but have not been sent a email on how to get the conference call. I got the email about but no link to it.

in the email when they sent you your username, click on the download instructions page, go down and it will give u the link

What download link. All I got was the email explaining what is was and the website to pay for the playbook.
