i been using cover 4 against guys that like to throw deep i cheat the the side they like to throw to and control the safety..throw in a blitz .. it works i get beat sometimes but not as nearly as before also i went into practice mode and worked on my stick knocking down balls...helped a whole lot... now guys go over the middle and get clobbered or work the flats then thats when i mix up the d between cover 2 under or 3 if i can keep the guy guessin im good....dude plays wit the colts in my hood league..held him to 125 passing longest gain was 20 yrs to harrison on a out play...*and that was the only pass he caught he had to check down the his 3 and 4 wr*

A frozen 3-4 cover 4 is one of my favorite plays!
Modified to suit the situation of course. As far as
it defending the deep ball, the stock version hasn't
been too effective for me. However shifting the deep
zones to match the offensive formation works wonders.
Like with two receivers out wide you would shift them
out (triangle up on R3 twice).
